    Description

    Sacrificial fixture plate with 198 tapped holes (1/4" x 20tpi) and 55 pin holes (1/4" pins).  Made from 6061 aluminum.  Includes 3 placement pins (1/4" x 3/4").
    Pin holes have a small shoulder in the bottom to keep the pin from falling through.  Pins are a very slight press fit
    (+.001" to +.004")
    for accurate placement and can be pushed out from the bottom.  The bottom of the plate is labeled to help avoid confusion.
    Dimensions in the listing title are before machining to a square blank.  Actual dimensions are closer to 11.95" x 5.95" x .475"
    I try to keep these to within 0.005"-0.006" flatness but they are NOT ground.
